SUGGESTED USAGE
These products are intended to be taken on the day you desire to be clean, 2 hours before.

Step 3) Sit back and relax for 45 minutes and then you're ready to go! It is helpful to drink an additional 16 oz. of water. Product will be most effective from 1 to 5 hours after drinking carbo.
Step 4) Test yourself with included THC MARIJUANA TEST DEVICE (usage instructions are included). If desired results are not obtained go to Step 5.
Step 5) FORTY-FIVE MINUTES PRIOR !!! the time you desire to be clean, consume all 18 of Detoxifying Quick Flush Capsules with 32 ounces of water. Desired results can be obtained up to 4 hours from completing Quick Flush Capsules.
